We come to YOUR location. If we determine it is cheaper for you, or if it is more convenient for you, we can pick up the equipment and take it back to our shop for servicing. When the work has been completed, we will deliver it back to you.

We service Cuyahoga, Summit, Geauga, Portage, Medina and Lorain Counties. Some areas have a small transportation fee, so see below. Keep in mind, though, that even with a transportation fee, our prices beat those "brick and mortar" stores, who may charge you 2x, 3x and even 4x the amount we would!
There is a required charge of $25.00 for any diagnostic, whether it is via remote connection, visit, pickup or delivery. However, the $25.00 can usually be credited towards any repair work that may need to be done!
We take cash, check or PayPal. Please note that if you wish to pay by credit card, debit card or ACH, we can process your invoice through PayPal and you can pay with all methods accepted by PayPal.
The transportation fees are the same for onsite work or for pickup/delivery of items to be worked on in the shop. There may be times we suggest taking items back to the shop in order to not charge you for the cost of labor unnecessarily (in other words, to save you money), and that would be considered to be the same work ticket.
Depending upon the zone your residence or business is situated, the transportation fees run from $0 up to $20. This fee covers one work ticket. So, if a work ticket requires more than one trip, there is only one charge. If a part needs to be ordered, we will not charge you again for the delivery of the part. We also do not charge for exchange of warranty items unless customer negligence is involved.
Zone 0 is the free zone, and it is approximated in the map below. It roughly extends south of Snow/Rockside Rd, east of I-71, north of Everett Rd and north and west of I-271.

Zone 1 is approximated in the map below. It basically runs south of I-480 in Cleveland, east of Lorain and Medina Counties, north of Market St in Fairlawn and I-76 in Akron, and west of Darrow Rd/SR-91.
